It should come as no surprise that we’re biased when it comes to MBP books. If we didn’t like them we wouldn’t make them. Luckily, plenty of others outside the MBP microcosm dig our titles too, and we’re always grateful for their kind words.
Of late, Chicken: Low Art, High Calorie has been getting lots of play in the blogoshpere (as well as in print), so we thought it wise to share some links with you, just in case you need a second or fourth opinion.
Chicken does have some examples of this unique form of vernacular design from New York City, but it mostly focuses on London. The trans-Atlantic coverage, however, shows how the visual content appeals to readers the world over, whether they come for the funky signage or the fried goodness.
